Welcome to Aiseo Land. By accessing or using our platform, tools, and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account, accessing the AEO Command Center, or utilizing any of our free tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of our services.
2. Description of Service
Aiseo Land provides SaaS tools designed to monitor, track, and optimize brand visibility across Answer Engines including ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google Gemini. We do not guarantee specific rankings, citation frequencies, or search engine results.
3. User Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the platform for illegal activity, attempt to reverse-engineer our systems, deploy automated scripts against our APIs, or abuse our AI integrations through malicious prompts or prompt injection attacks.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Aiseo Land platform are the exclusive property of Aiseo Land and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of the specific content you submit for analysis.
6. Subscription and Billing
Aiseo Land offers paid subscription tiers. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to alter pricing and usage limits upon reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aiseo Land shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
